These are the official rules (the "Official Rules") for Big Ticket Promotion (the "Promotion"). The Promotion is sponsored by Fantastic Sports, LLC ("Sponsor"). Any and all advertisers associated with the Promotion are referred to in these Official Rules as "Promoters."

Description of the Promotion.The Promotion encompasses the skill-based, fantasy games tickets ("Tickets") described in these Official Rules. Tickets are designed to reward entrants ("Entrants") for selecting the most correct choices as fantasy sports team managers who best demonstrate their knowledge of the professional sports affiliation or league (the "Sport") affiliated with the Ticket in which they are participating.

Eligibility.
- The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who have reached the age of majority in their states of residence, which is 18 years of age in all states except Alabama (19) and Mississippi (21), and shall be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Void in Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, North Dakota, Vermont, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories and foreign territories. Void where prohibited by law.
- Residents of ineligible states, territories and countries, and employees of the Sponsor, the Promoters and members of their immediate families, regardless of whether they reside in the same household, may participate but are not eligible to win prizes.

How To Play.

The Ticket.The Promoter offers The Big Ticket, a fantasy sports test of skill, where players must choose the highest scoring player from a designated number of players in a designated number of boxes. The Big Ticket can be a variety of sizes depending on the sport and the duration of the contest.

How To Play A Ticket.To play The Big Ticket, use a web browser to visit URL http://games.fantasyplanet.com/tickets. Click a Ticket that has status "OPEN," then click the "Create entry!" button and follow the on-screen directions.

Entry Deadline.Each Ticket has an entry deadline ("Entry Deadline") that is usually 5 minutes before the Ticket’s first game is scheduled to start. Each Ticket's Entry Deadline is listed on the Ticket's summary web page. No Entries will be accepted after the Entry Deadline. The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate any Ticket before the Entry Deadline.

Entry Lock-In and the Entry Lock-In Deadline.No Entrant will be granted a refund of the Ticket entry fee after the Lock-In Deadline. Sponsor reserves the right to stop accepting Entries for a Ticket at any time.

Selecting Your Players/Validating Your Ticket.Entrants must select ONLY one player from EVERY box on the Ticket. Entrants must save selections before Ticket will be valid.
- The Sponsor reserves the right to change the Ticket criteria from those listed in these Official Rules for any given Ticket, so Entrants should carefully review the Ticket criteria to be used in the Ticket before entering the Ticket or setting your selections. The Ticket’s criteria used by any given Ticket, is listed on the Ticket's summary web page. The criteria for a Ticket will never change once it has been opened to the public for entry except in the case where an error needs to be corrected or a Ticket’s criteria clarified.

Scoring And Ranking.

After the completion of a Ticket's schedule of Events, an Entrant's total score is the number of groupings in which the Entrant selected the player that scored the most fantasy points. Player fantasy scoring will be tallied using the following criteria.

NFL Tickets.
-
Passing Criteria.Score 1 point per 20 yards; 4 points per touchdown; 4 bonus points per touchdown of 40 yards or more; -2 points per interception.

Rushing Criteria.Score 1 point per 10 yards; 6 points per touchdown; 6 bonus points per touchdown of 40 yards or more.

Receiving Criteria.Score 1 point per reception; 1 point per 10 yards; 6 points per touchdown; 6 bonus points per touchdown of 40 yards or more.

General Criteria.Score -2 points per fumble lost.

Kicking Criteria.Score 1 point per extra point; 3 points per field goal of 45 or fewer yards; 5 points per field goal of 46-50 yards; 7 points per field goal of 51-55 yards; 10 points per field goal of 56 or more yards.

MLB Tickets.

Offensive Criteria.Only position players (C,1B,2B,SS,3B,LF,CF,RF) score points in Offensive Criteria categories. Score 2 points per single; 4 points per double; 6 points per triple; 10 points per home run; 1 point per walk; 1 point per hit-by-pitch; 5 points per run scored; 5 points per run batted in; 4 points per stolen base; -2 points per strikeout; -2 points per ground-into-double-play; -2 points per caught stealing.

Defensive Criteria.All players score points in Defensive Criteria categories. Score -2 points per error.

Pitching Criteria.Only Starting Pitchers (SP) and Relief Pitchers (RP) score points in Pitching Criteria categories. Score 16 points per win; 8 points per save; -4 points per loss; 1 point per one-third inning pitched; -1 point per earned run allowed; -1 point per hit allowed; -2 points per home run allowed; -1 point per walk; 4 points per strikeout; -2 points per hit batter; -1 point per wild pitch.

NBA Tickets.
- Score 1 point per offensive point scored; 1 point per assist; -1 point per turnover; 1 point per offensive rebound; 1 point per defensive rebound; 1 point per block; 1 point per steal.

NASCAR Tickets.
- NASCAR is scored based solely on which driver finishes higher in the designated race for each individual ticket.

Breaking Ties.Tied scores between players with the highest score in each box will be considered wins for the Entrants that owned the tied players.
- The Sponsor reserves the right to change the scoring criteria from those listed in these Official Rules for any given Ticket, so Entrants should carefully review the scoring criteria to be used in the Ticket before entering the Ticket or saving a Ticket entry’s selections. The scoring system for a Ticket will never change once it has been opened to the public for entry except in the case where an error needs to be corrected or a scoring’s criteria clarified.
- For purposes of the Promotion, the Sponsor shall be deemed the official scorer and timer, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects.

Prizes.
- Each individual Ticket has a prize payout structure ("Prizes"). The Prizes for one Ticket may differ from the Prizes for another Ticket.

Substitution; Taxes.No substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes will be permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. THE WINNER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TAXES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE.

Verification.No prizes will be awarded until verification of winner eligibility has been completed to Sponsor's satisfaction. Sponsor shall solely determine any form of verification. Sponsor will not accept screen shots, affidavits or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any entry that occurs after the system has failed for any reason may be deemed a defective entry and void.

Prize Notice.Winners will be notified via email. Entrants are responsible for insuring that all email information is up-to-date and accurate.

Claiming Prize.Potential cash prize winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 7 days following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to comply with this deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting a prize, winners agree to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees, and assigns harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the prize.

Splitting Prizes.Multiple perfect ticket entries that qualify for prizes of $10,000 or greater for tickets size 10x4 (10 slots with four players per slot) and 12x4 in one game period will be split equally amongst winners. There will be one prize eligible for each prize level of $10,000 or greater during each sport’s game period.

Annuity Payments.All prizes from the 12x4 ticket level with a $100,000 prize or higher will be paid in a forty-year annuity payment schedule.

General Conditions.Participants certify that they have read and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a participant, the authorized account holder of the email address provided at registration will be deemed the participant. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the email address has been assigned by a service provider with authority to assign such addresses.

Limitations of Liability.Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment, hardware, software or programming associated or used with the Game; (2) technical errors, defects, delays or failures of any kind including, without limitation, malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in communications lines, Internet or website access, hardware or software; (3) digital or electronic disruptions, e.g., viruses other security breaches; (4) unauthorized human intervention, e.g., hacking; (5) technical or human error which may occur in connection with any aspect of the Game; (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant's participation in the Promotion, access to, copying or downloading materials from Sponsor or any other website, or receipt or use of any prize.

Game Modification.
- Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification at any time without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
- Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Promotion without advance notice for any reason including, without limitation, if (i) viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, technical failure or other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Game; or (ii) earthquake, flood, fire, storm or other natural disaster, act of God, labor controversy or threat thereof, civil disturbance or commotion, disruption of the public markets, war or armed conflict (whether or not officially declared).
- Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the competition process. Caution: Any attempt by a contestant to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent of the law.

Disputes/Choice of LawEntrants agree that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Oklahoma; (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and registrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expense, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Oklahoma.

Winners Lists.For a list of Big Ticket prize winners, send a written request on a 3-1/2" x 5" card with your name and complete address within 60 days of the completion of the Ticket to Fantasy Planet LP at the address in the Sponsor section below.
